Q: How many students are in each group?
A: Each session has a maximum of 3 students to ensure everyone gets personalized help and attention.
Q: How do I schedule?
A: For Private Tutoring Plan students, after logging into your account, simply click on the “Schedule” button in your dashboard. This will take you to our interactive schedule, where you can choose your preferred time slots.
A: For One-Session students, the button above will direct to a calendar to pay and schedule your session.
Q: What subjects do you cover?
A: We focus on high school and middle school math courses such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Sessions are up to 1.5 hours and 1 hour long and are held daily Monday to Friday at your selected time.
Q: Can I choose my time slot?
A: Yes! Students can sign up for a consistent time slot that fits their weekly schedule.
Q: What if I miss a session?
A: Let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer a make-up slot when available.
Q: Do I need my camera on?
A: We encourage students to keep their cameras on for engagement, but it’s not mandatory.
Q: What tools or software do I need?
A: Just a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and Zoom. A stylus or drawing pad is helpful but not required.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is handled securely through our online checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.
Q: Is there homework help or test prep?
A: Absolutely! Sessions can include homework support, concept review, and test prep, depending on student needs.
Q: What if I need to cancel a session?
A: You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
